Terms of Service

1. The Service

Vouched is a private membership platform for introductions between consenting adults, operated by Nanolabs SAS, 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France. Access to the platform requires an approved application and, where applicable, a paid subscription. By registering, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Vouched reserves the right to verify age and to terminate accounts where this condition is not met.

3. Membership Admission

Applications are reviewed on a discretionary basis. Nanolabs SAS reserves the right to decline any application without explanation. Submission of an application does not guarantee access to the platform.

4. Member Conduct

By using Vouched, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and during verification.
• Not harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other members in any way.
• Not scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content, member profiles, or member data.
• Not solicit other members for commercial, promotional, or financial purposes.
• Not share other members' photos, messages, or identifying information outside the platform.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, without refund.

5. Verification

Male members are required to complete a financial verification via Plaid or Powens. Female members are required to connect and verify their Instagram account. Verification data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Providing false or misleading information during verification is grounds for immediate account termination.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription, billed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused subscription time.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Nanolabs SAS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content to other verified members within the platform. We do not distribute your content to third parties or external services. You represent that you hold the rights to all content you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

The Vouched name, logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of Nanolabs SAS. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use them without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Vouched facilitates introductions between members. Nanolabs SAS is not responsible for the conduct of members, the outcome or nature of any interactions, or the accuracy of information provided by members. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nanolabs SAS's total liability arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nanolabs SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
