Vouched is a private membership platform for introductions between consenting adults, operated by Nanolabs SAS, 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France. Access to the platform requires an approved application and, where applicable, a paid subscription. By registering, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Vouched reserves the right to verify age and to terminate accounts where this condition is not met.
Applications are reviewed on a discretionary basis. Nanolabs SAS reserves the right to decline any application without explanation. Submission of an application does not guarantee access to the platform.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, without refund.
Male members are required to complete a read-only financial verification via a regulated data provider — Plaid (United States), Powens (Europe), or Lean (United Arab Emirates). The verification produces an eligibility result only; Vouched never receives your banking credentials. Female members are required to connect and verify their Instagram account. Verification data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Providing false or misleading information during verification is grounds for immediate account termination.
Verification results, including any indicators displayed to other members (such as a "High Net Worth" badge), reflect information available at the time of verification only. Nanolabs SAS does not warrant the ongoing accuracy of any member's financial situation, follower count, or other verified attributes, and displays such indicators for information purposes only.
Certain features require a paid subscription, billed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Optional add-ons and one-time purchases (such as additional conversation credits) are charged separately. No refunds are issued for subscriptions, add-ons, one-time purchases, partial billing periods, or unused time, except where required by applicable law. Charges appear on your statement under the descriptor "Nanolabs". Where you subscribe through the iOS application, billing may instead be handled by Apple under Apple's own terms.
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Nanolabs SAS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content to other verified members within the platform. We do not distribute your content to third parties or external services. You represent that you hold the rights to all content you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
The Vouched name, logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of Nanolabs SAS. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use them without prior written permission.
Vouched facilitates introductions between members. Nanolabs SAS is not responsible for the conduct of members, the outcome or nature of any interactions, or the accuracy of information provided by members. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Nanolabs SAS does not conduct criminal background checks or identity screening on its members; verification relates solely to the criteria described in Section 5. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members and are encouraged to exercise caution at all times, in particular before and when meeting in person.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nanolabs SAS, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, the content you submit, your conduct toward other members, or your breach of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nanolabs SAS's total liability arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nanolabs SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
